Your business. Your brand. Our platform and demand.

You keep control of your bikes, your pricing and your customers. ReviRide provides the booking system, arranges the rental insurance, and markets your location to riders — so adding rentals doesn't mean adding a marketing department or a booking desk.

Built for Australia

A genuinely Australian platform — local agreements, local compliance, and money that stays here.

Built for Australian business

Designed here for Aussie dealerships and workshops — not a foreign platform bolted onto our market.

📝

Australian agreements

Rental terms, CTP, and insurance written for Australian law and your state's rules.

🗣️

Speaks your language

Rego, GST, CTP, AUD — local terminology throughout, for you and your customers.

🧾

GST-ready & compliant

Every price GST-inclusive, proper tax invoices, and an ABN on everything. Built to be ATO-friendly.

🤝

An Australian network

Part of a national network of dealers and workshops — one-way hires, referrals, and a shared fleet.

💰

Your money stays in Australia

Paid in AUD to your Australian account — your earnings stay in the local economy, not an overseas head office.

How it works

1

Apply and get set up

Tell us about your business below. We help you build your location, load your bikes, and set your own pricing and availability.

2

We train your team

Not just the software — how to run the operation. Your staff learn the portal, the counter process, rider vetting, handover checks and damage handling.

3

Your booking system goes live — under your brand

A booking page and widget in your name, your logo and your colours. Embed it on your website or let us host it. It's your brand throughout — the only place we're named is the sign-in step and the rental terms, which identify us as the software provider and not a party to your rental.

4

We send riders your way

Our demand engine — search, SEO and paid advertising — puts local and visiting riders in front of your bikes, on top of the bookings you take yourself.

5

You handle the handover

ID check, inspection photos, familiarisation walk-around, gear handover — all guided step by step in your operator portal.

6

You get paid

Customers pay online when they book and the money settles to your account. Our fee comes out of that same payment automatically — no invoices to chase. Take a booking in cash and there's no card payment to deduct it from, so the fee is held over and settled against your next card booking or charged to your card on file.

Past results from individual bikes in specific markets — shown as an indication of what utilisation can look like, not a projection or guarantee. As a new operator you keep all of the rental revenue on phone and walk-in bookings you enter yourself, less a 10% fee on online bookings.

You don't have to own the fleet

If you want to, you can host privately owned bikes at your location. Riders apply to us to have their bike hosted by a local operator; we pass the ones near you your way, and you approve or decline each bike. Take one on and you supply the shopfront, the handovers and the servicing, while the owner takes a fixed 50% of the rental revenue on their bike. It's a way to build a fleet with no capital outlay and add workshop revenue — and owners who name a workshop they already trust are often how we find our next operator.

Complete operations training

We don't just hand you software. We teach you the business.

Most platforms give you a login and wish you luck. We show you how to actually run a rental operation — because we've run one for thirteen years. Your staff get trained on the system and on the day-to-day: how to price, how to vet a rider, what to check at handover, how to handle damage and disputes.

  • Staff system training

Guided pick-up and drop-off, bookings, fleet and pricing — your team trained on the portal.

  • Rental operations manual

The non-software side: counter process, rider vetting, handover checks, damage and disputes.

  • Fleet & pricing guidance

What to rent, how to price it for your market, and how to lift utilisation.

  • On-call support

Australian support when something unusual happens — not a ticket queue offshore.

Most rental software hands you a calendar and wishes you luck.

ReviRide brings the riders. Our demand engine — the same one built over thirteen years running Australia’s largest motorcycle-rental network — puts bookings on your calendar, not just a place to record them.

Requirements

No franchise obligations. No joining fees, royalties or marketing levies, and no requirement to operate under a system or marketing plan controlled by ReviRide. You stay in control of your own business and your own brand.
  • Licensed motorcycle dealership, workshop or rental/tour business with a physical shopfront
  • Normal operating hours Mon–Sat (bikes must be collectible and returnable during business hours)
  • Secure, weatherproof storage for rental vehicles on your premises
  • Range of open-face (¾) helmets and jackets in S–XXL for renter use
  • A designated staff member trained on the pick-up/drop-off workflow (training provided by ReviRide)
  • Capability for basic servicing and safety checks on your rental bikes
  • A card on file before taking cash payments — it settles the fee on a cash booking (not required while your phone & walk-in rate is 0%)

Operator FAQ

Whose brand is this under?+

Yours, entirely. Your booking page and widget carry your name, logo and colours, and your customers' confirmation emails, tax invoice and rental agreement all name your business. We appear at the sign-in step and in the rental terms, where we're identified as the software provider and not a party to the rental. On our own marketplace we're visible by design — that's the demand we send you, and you're named on it as the business they're renting from.

What does it cost?+

New operators pay no setup fee and no monthly fee, pay nothing on the phone and walk-in bookings they enter themselves, and 10% on online bookings — locked for 12 months. After those 12 months you move to standard rates. On the free Starter plan that's 5% on phone and walk-in bookings and 15% on online bookings, still with no monthly fee. Pro is $199/month for 2% and 12%, and Scale is $499/month for 0% and 10% — so if you're doing enough online volume, a paid plan costs you less overall. There's no lock-in either way. See our pricing page for the full detail.

Do I need to buy a fleet?+

No capital outlay is required. You can list the bikes you already have — used stock, demonstrators or your own machines — and start with a single bike. You can also choose to host privately owned bikes at your location. That part is entirely optional and it is decided bike by bike: owners apply to us, we pass the ones near you your way, and you approve or decline each one. If you take a bike on, the owner supplies it and you supply the shopfront, the handovers and the servicing. The owner's share is a fixed 50% of the rental revenue on their bike, released once it's back and checked in; your share and our fee both come out of the other half, so the owner's number never moves with your plan. We calculate and record every payout for you — on your own merchant account the money has already settled to you, so you make the payment. It's a way to build a fleet with no capital outlay while adding workshop revenue, on whatever number of bikes you choose to take on.

Who carries the rental insurance?+

We can arrange comprehensive commercial rental insurance and that is the default, so you don't need to organise separate rental cover for bikes while they're out on hire. It's charged at a daily rate for each day the bike is actually on hire. If you already hold suitable cover you can nominate your own policy instead — the choice is made per vehicle when you add it. An annual premium can be arranged directly with us rather than elected in the portal; ask us if you'd prefer that for a bike. As the operator you verify pick-up, drop-off and safety standards.

How do I get paid, and when do you take your fee?+

Your customers pay online when they book and the funds settle to your own account. Our percentage comes out of that same payment automatically, so there are no invoices to pay and nothing to reconcile later. A cash booking carries the same fee — the fee belongs to the booking, not to how it was paid — but there's no card payment to take it from, so it's held over and settled either against the fee on your next card booking or by charging your card on file. That's also why we ask for a card on file before you take cash on any booking that carries a fee; while your phone and walk-in rate is 0%, it doesn't arise. Card processing is passed through at cost — we do not mark up card fees.

What happens with cancellations and refunds?+

Your cancellation policy applies — you set it per your own business. If a booking is refunded in full, our fee on it is reversed as well. If you retain a cancellation charge under your policy, we take our normal percentage of the amount you keep.

Do you train my staff?+

Yes, and not just on the software. Your team is trained on the operator portal, and you get a rental operations manual covering the parts no software teaches you: the counter process, vetting a rider, what to check at handover, and how to handle damage and disputes. It's thirteen years of running rentals, handed over.

What if I already have a website?+

Perfect — we give you a booking widget to embed straight into it, styled to match your site. If you'd rather not touch your website, we can host a branded booking page for you instead.

Is this a franchise?+

No. There are no franchise obligations, royalties or marketing levies, and you are not required to operate under a system controlled by ReviRide. You run your own business and market it however you like.

Does it bring buyers into my showroom?+

Renters become buyers. A full-day rental converts a sales prospect far better than a short test ride — and they're standing on your floor when they hand the keys back.

What bikes qualify?+

Road-registered motorcycles in good order that meet safety and CTP (commercial-hire) requirements in their registration state. We help you confirm eligibility during onboarding.
